Sigma Chi and Huntsman Cancer Foundation (HCF)
At the Sigma Chi 150th celebration, it was announced that the Huntsman Cancer Foundation (HCF) has been chosen as the fraternity's national charity of choice.
Sigma Chi chapters from across the nation have stepped up to join Jon M. Huntsman's vision to eradicate cancer. Active collegiate and alumn i chapters hold events in their area and direct the proceeds to Huntsman Cancer Foundation, which supports cancer research at Huntsman Cancer Institute.
These events include:
- Golf Tournaments
- Walk A Thons
- Live and Silent Auction
- Dance Marathons
- Cycling Events
- Battle of the Bands
- Boxing Tournaments
- Galas
- Fashion Shows
Huntsman Cancer Foundation can provide marketing materials including logos, letterhead, and web space with approval from Huntsman Cancer Foundation staff at least 90 days in advance of the event. Huntsman Cancer Foundation is unable to provide monetary support for the event.
